Day 01: Ha Noi. Arrival
Arrival at the airport, reception and transfer to the hotel located in the city center (check in from 12:00). Free time. Night in Ha Noi.
Day 02: Ha Noi. City Tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Around 8:00, your guide and your driver will look for you at your hotel, departure for the discovery of the city: Visit of the Temple of Literature (Văn Miếu), the first university of Vietnam (11th century), famous for the traditional examinations of the Mandarins.
The ancient citadel of Thăng Long - ancient Hanoi has three circles (citadel with three circles). The smallest city inside is Cấm Thành (the Forbidden City), which is reserved exclusively for Kings, Queens and a limited number of odalisques. This city is renowned several times through dynasties: Cung Thanh (Ly dynasty), Long PhuongThanh (Tran dynasty), and Cấm Thành (Le dynasty). In the afternoon, a visit to the Ethnology Museum inaugurated in 1997, for the Francophonie summit, a product of Franco-Vietnamese cooperation. This is the best place to get an idea of the diversity and beauty of the culture of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam, then visit the Ngoc Son Temple.
Stroll (1h00) in rickshaw to visit the old town.

Day 03: Ha Noi - Hoa Lu Citadel (Ninh Binh) (Breakfast / Lunch)
Breakfast.
Departure for Ninh Binh, named "Ha Long Ha Long Bay".
Arrive at the citadel of Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Viet Nam in the 10th century. Visit the Temple of Dinh Tien Hoang (Dinh Dynasty, 10th century) and the Temple of Le (Le Dynasty, 11th century).
Lunch at the local restaurant.
Continuation to go to the pier of Tam Coc, boarding for a cruise for about 02 hours crossing 03 caves, fabulous landscapes!
Installation at the hotel, then take the bike to visit the Jade Pagoda and surrounding villages.

Day 04: Ninh Binh - Halong Bay. In junk (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Breakfast. 08h00, departure for Halong Bay "bay where the Dragon landed" named the world cultural heritage by Unesco.
Arrival at Tuan Chau Pier at Ha Long Bay around noon. Embarkation aboard a private junk for a cruise in the bay dotted with islands and islets of any shape.
Lunch aboard seafood while sailing. Continuation of the walk for the visit of the cave Thien Cung (the cave of Paradise). Stop at the beach of Titop (possibility of bathing).
Back to the pier.
Transfer to Hon Gai and check in at the hotel.
In the evening, free time at your leisure and night at the hotel.
Day 05: Halong Bay - Ha Noi (Breakfast / Lunch)
The early morning, you get up early for the visit of the market of the poissions, very anime but less tourists. Continue climbing to Mount Bai Tho (Mount of Poems) for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. It is a low mountain with karstic relief, half buried in water, part of the Patrimonial of Unesco, which is easily accessible.

Day 06: Hue. City Tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
In the morning, departing from Hue, visit the tombs: Minh Mang (1843) and Tu Duc (1865) which are havens of peace among gardens and beautiful lakes. And then the tomb of Khai Dinh (1885) - the father of Bao Dai, the last emperor of Vietnam, which is very colorful Baroque net.

Arrival at Dong Ba Market. We land there to browse its alleys and buy meat, vegetables, etc. which will be used for cooking. It's time to discover the usefulness of fresh ingredients and products often found in Vietnam's markets.
Return to the boat and continue our navigation to the Thien Mu pagoda - symbol of the city of Hue.
Continue to the village of ThuyBieu, known by the gardens of sweet grapefruit.
Bike ride or walk around the village.
Visit of the house - garden which is a unique house style existing only in Hue. Contact with local inhabitants.
Visit families who produce incense, glutinous rice wine, funerary notes and discover the lives of farmers while they work on the fields with determination, joy and enthusiasm.
Visit of the family who draws a paper table to admire the art of rural painting by local artists.
Back to the village ThuyBieu, you take a cooking class and prepare the Lunch by yourself with the information of our chef. Lunch with the dishes we have just done.
After lunch, relaxing by soaking feet in the water of medicinal plants - a traditional therapeutic practice.
End of the afternoon, return to the hotel and overnight in Hue.
Day 08: Hue- Da Nang- Hoi An - Old Town Tour (Breakfast / Lunch)
Breakfast. 8:00 am, drive to Hoi An, crossing the vertiginous Col des Nuages (if the weather is nice). Stop en route to Lang Co. beach. Visit the Cham Museum in Da Nang. Continuation of the road to Hoi An. Visit the village of sculptors on marble. Arrival at Hoi An around noon.

Afternoon visit of the ancient city of Hoi An: (The Ex-Fai Fo): The Fujian Shrine dedicated to the goddess ThienHau, the QuanCông Temple, the Museum of Antiquities, the Japanese Bridge, the Phung Hung house, market and port ..... Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9: Hoi An-lanterns manufacturing village- vegetable villages of Tra Que. (Breakfast / Lunch)

Go to the Ha Linh lanterns manufacturing workshop - one of the 2 biggest lantern fabrications in Hanoi. The lantern making business has been in Hoi An for more than 400 years. The lantern becomes the symbol of the ancient city. But how to make these lanterns? Savoring with pleasure the wonderful city, you can also experiment to learn how to make lanterns in traditional craft villages. This is probably the most appreciated souvenir gift by tourists coming to Hoi An.
Next, bike ride in the Tra Que vegetable garden village. Play the role of the market gardener. Opportunity to make a local cuisine court and lunch among locals.
Day 10: Hoi An-Libre at the beach (Breakfast)

Day 11: HoiAn-DaNang- Sai Gon. In Flight (Breakfast)
In the morning: free for the beach.
Afternoon transfer to the airport for Da Nang / Sai Gon flight. Arrival at the airport in Sai Gon, welcome by our driver and transfer to the hotel. Night in SaiGon
Day 12: Sai Gon-City Tour. (Breakfast / Lunch)
You will first visit the War Trophies Museum then the Grand Market or Binh Tay Market - which is the Trade Center of the Vietnamese and Chinese community in Saigon. It has also preserved Chinese architectural value for hundreds of years.

In the afternoon, you will visit the Reunification Palace where the former headquarters of the Americans in the south of Vietnam are located. In addition, you can admire the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post, both of which are of unique Gothic and ancient architectural style.
Day 13: Sai Gon - Vung Liem - Trung Nghia (Lunch / Dinner)
08:00: Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, by your English speaking guide and your private vehicle.
11:45: Arrival in the village of Trung Nghia. After a few minutes walk into the village, welcome cocktail and check in Coco Riverside Lodge.
12:30: Lunch at the Lodge.
After a short break, walk in the garden and participate in fishing activities.
12:15 pm: Rowing boat ride on the village canal. Discovery of local rural life (local farm and biogas production) and visit of a "pop rice" production workshop. Mr. Cong shows you the traditional preparation of "pop rice". His wife completes the preparation that will be brought the next day to school, for the children.
15.45: Cycling in the neighborhood of the village: landscapes of rice fields, farms and orchards (Dragon fruit and Coconut water), workshop of coconut cloth and Phu Nhuan temple.
18h30: Participation in the preparation of the dinner (kitchen court), then meal.
20h30: accompanied walk in the neighborhood; coconut torch in the hand.
20h45: Meeting-discussion with villagers, including veterans of the Vietnam War (1965 -1975: many local anecdotes about this period) then traditional music session under lighting "sticks Poon".

Day 14: Phu An-Trung Nghia (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
07:30: Breakfast
08h45: Rowing boat, or bike, for the visit of the village school and the distribution of "pop rice" to children; who will be happy to introduce you to Vietnamese phonetics!, Then walk to Xu pagoda; popular place of pilgrimage.
10:45 am: Return to the Lodge for the workshop Cutting and weaving palms of coconut water: materials used for the construction of the walls and roofs of the local habitat [you watch, learn and complete the product by yourself].
12:30: Lunch at the Lodge
14h00: Preparation workshop Coconut jam: traditional gift for lunar new year festivities.
16h00: Visit fish pond, then for those who are interested, fishing activity. For others, rest and relaxation, or bike ride in the neighborhood of the village.
18:30: Dinner

Day 15: Phu An - Trung Nghia - Sai Gon (Breakfast)
08:00: Breakfast.
09:00 - 10:45: Visit the local Caodaist temple and walk to a workshop of making "sticks poon"; glue that burned during the music session of the first evening.
11:00: Farewell to our guests and return to Saigon.
Day 16: Sai Gon. Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast. Free time.
Transfer to the airport for the flight of your departure.
