Travel to Dakrong Bridge which was an important point on the old Ho Chi Minh Trail and further to the Ashau Valley where we visit Hamburger Hill to recall the famous battle in 1969. Day 11: Cu Chi Tunnels - Tay Ninh Caodaist Temple (B)
Departure at 8am for Tay Ninh (100 kms - 2h drive) to visit the temple of the Caodaïstes (Cao Dai). The Cao Dai Temple or Temple of the Divine, built in 1927 and inaugurated in 1955, is a curious unique architecture and construction, mix of Asian and European architecture, where more highlighting of its exterior is its bright colors and forms of roofs. . Visitors can attend one of four daily Masses from one of the elevated galleries on either side of the nave.
After lunch, drive to the famous iron triangle - Cu Chi historical site to visit the tunnels dug by hand by the Vietminh during the war for national independence.
