Day 5: Mai Chau- Ninh Binh (B)
Breakfast. 08:00, road to Ninh Binh, named "Ha Long Ha Long Bay".

Day 11: Hoi An - Tra Que - fishing village and ride on the back of buffe (B, L)
Morning bike ride in Tra Que vegetable garden village. Play the role of the market gardener. Do a local cooking class and have dinner with the locals.

Day 12: Hoi An - flight to Saigon (B, L)

Day 14: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Walk - Sai Gon - Depart (B)
Early in the morning, board a boat for a cruise to the Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the largest floating markets in the Mekong.
Cai Rang Market is located not far from the city of Can Tho. On an arm of the Mekong, at sunrise, we see hundreds of boats equipped with a long bamboo pole at the end of which is planted a pineapple, a tomato, a fruit of the dragon ... This is what sell the peasants of the delta. Each went up the river on his sampan loaded with a pyramid of fruits or vegetables.
